Shipping policy

As soon as your order is placed, we get to work carefully creating and packaging your Butterfly Box or other items. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

All orders are shipped First Class via USPS. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages once they have been shipped. In the rare event you encounter shipping issues, we recommend contacting USPS directly for assistance.

International Shipping | At this time, international shipping is not available at checkout. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order a Bible study, Butterfly Box, or another Twelve 12 resource, please contact us before ordering to confirm the best shipping option and cost.
